To ensure proper territorial and product coverage, we adopt a combined and mixed territorial and product module marketing and promotional system whereby areas are assigned to one or more sales representatives, who visit to promote, search and create leads, while the whole team is mobilized to support that area representative in demonstration, product presentations and trials to ensure that serious customers get maximum attention; and to help close the deal. Further, as Saudi Arabia being geographically large and to ensure proper coverage of each area, the cities and towns are classified as A (Large), B (Medium) and C (Small), and one or more area representatives are assigned according to the business size, population and number of hospitals in each territory.
